We’re seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Mortgage Adviser. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced advisers and have access to a large database of clients and prospects.Ā 

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build a solid client base and contribute to the team’s overall performance.Ā 

We have seen advisers build a successful book of business within a year.Ā 

With diligence, commitment, and following our established approach, you’ll have the chance to advance to a senior role, earning $250,000 or more, while leveraging our investment framework, vast expertise and connections to develop your own property portfolio and generate passive income.

Qualifications: Level 5 Financial Service Certificate is preferred. We are open to candidates with a strong sales background and property investment knowledge.

Expectations: We’re looking for someone passionate about helping people achieve financial freedom through property investment and who is committed to becoming a top adviser in NZ.Ā 

As a Mortgage Adviser, you’ll be responsible for prospecting warm leads (no BS, we actually have lots) and finding new clients, conducting a minimum of 10 weekly meetings, and providing exceptional customer service to arrange mortgage applications.Ā 

We have thousands of existing clients and new enquiries every week, so youā€™ll be making warm calls. The successful candidate should have a strong interest in sales and property investment, and be willing to work hard and put in the effort required to excel.

You will provide exceptional customer service and help clients towards achieving their property, insurance and kiwisaver goals. We have thousands of existing clients and all new client enquiries are qualified and booked directly into the calendar of our advisers, meaning little to no cold-calling or sourcing your own leads to make ends meet. The successful candidate should have a strong interest in sales, insurance and home ownership, and be willing to work hard and put in the effort required to excel.
