We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Mortgage Adviser. This role is ideal for someone who will leverage their expertise, having $20mn+ of past settlements and operating at a sales manager level. 

The target earnings for this role are well over $200k annually and your trail rolls into future quarters making the target easier as time progresses. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about property investment and works closely with our team of advisers, driving performance and client satisfaction. 

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

• Maintain and grow a solid client base.
• Contribute significantly to the team’s overall performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior advisers.

Qualifications:

• Level 5 Financial Services Certificate is mandatory.
• Proven experience in mortgage advisory, with $20mn+ in past settlements.
• Strong sales background and passion for property investment.

Expectations:

• You will be responsible for prospecting warm leads, finding new clients, and conducting a minimum of 10 weekly meetings. There are lots of opportunities to work from. 
• Provide exceptional customer service, arranging mortgage applications, and guiding clients towards financial freedom.
• Contribute to the continuous learning culture, take initiative in problem-solving, and help the team excel.
