We’re seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Mortgage Adviser. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced advisers and have access to a large database of clients and prospects.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build a solid client base and contribute to the team’s overall performance.

We have seen advisers build a successful book of business within a year.

With diligence, commitment, and following our established approach, you’ll have the chance to advance to a senior role, earning $250,000 or more, while leveraging our investment framework, vast expertise and connections to develop your own property portfolio and generate passive income.

We invite you to learn about our mortgage lifecycle, which has proven successful for our clients as individuals. We are confident that it will also work for you, and we look forward to showing you how.

Qualifications: Level 5 Financial Service Certificate is preferred. We are open to candidates with a strong sales background and property investment knowledge.

Expectations: We’re looking for someone passionate about helping people achieve financial freedom through property investment and who is committed to becoming a top adviser in NZ.

As a Mortgage Adviser, you’ll be responsible for prospecting warm leads (no BS, we actually have lots) and finding new clients, conducting a minimum of 10 weekly meetings, and providing exceptional customer service to arrange mortgage applications.

We have thousands of existing clients and new enquiries every week, so you’ll be making warm calls. The successful candidate should have a strong interest in sales and property investment, and be willing to work hard and put in the effort required to excel.

Company Culture: At our mortgagehq, each person is driven by their own personal legacy, but we come together with a shared purpose of helping clients achieve their financial goals.

We value serving each other, communication with follow-through, continuous learning, and taking initiative to solve problems. Many of our advisers have been in the top 50 NZ Adviser list since 2017.

We believe we have one of the best frameworks to help young advisers achieve success. Most of our Senior team members are also property investors who have built successful portfolios.

The Challenge: We want to be upfront that becoming a successful adviser is a challenging journey that requires long hours and a continuous willingness to learn about property and finance.

However, the rewards are substantial once you’ve built a solid client base, have a support team, and earn trail income. You’ll have the satisfaction of helping people achieve financial freedom and building lasting relationships with clients who will likely do joint ventures with you later.

If you’re ready to become one of the Top Advisers, we look forward to hearing from you!
