Level 5 Financial Service Certificate in Investment is preferred. However, we are open to candidates with a strong sales background, insurance and KiwiSaver knowledge.

Expectations: We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping people get financial security through investments, and committed to becoming a top adviser in NZ. As a Financial Adviser, you will be providing guidance KiwiSaver and conducting a minimum of 15 client meetings per week.

You will provide exceptional customer service and help clients towards achieving their investment and KiwiSaver goals. We have thousands of existing clients, and all new client enquiries are qualified and booked directly into the calendar of our advisers, meaning little to no cold-calling or sourcing your own leads to make ends meet.

The successful candidate should have a strong interest in sales, insurance and home ownership, and be willing to work hard and put in the effort required to excel.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Mortgage Adviser. This role is ideal for someone who will leverage their expertise, having $20mn+ of past settlements and operating at a sales manager level. 

The target earnings for this role are well over $200k annually and your trail rolls into future quarters making the target easier as time progresses. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about property investment and works closely with our team of advisers, driving performance and client satisfaction.
 

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

• Maintain and grow a solid client base.
• Contribute significantly to the team’s overall performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior advisers.

We have seen advisers build a successful book of business within a year.
