I’m a Settlement Specialist based in the Philippines with a background in banking and a passion for delivering seamless support throughout the home loan process. I assist advisers and clients by ensuring all settlement requirements are met accurately and on time, helping to make one of life’s biggest financial steps as stress-free as possible. My role involves a strong focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive coordination to ensure every part of the process moves smoothly from start to finish.
Prior to joining the mortgage industry, I gained valuable experience in the banking sector, where I developed a strong understanding of financial services and customer support. That foundation has helped me transition into my current role with confidence and competence, and I’m proud to be part of a team that values integrity, efficiency, and exceptional service.
Outside of work, I enjoy making the most of life’s adventures whether that’s travelling, going on beach trips, or hiking through nature. I also love spending quality time with family and friends over a good cup of coffee. When I’m at home, I relax by watching K-Dramas or playing online games like Call of Duty, which helps me unwind and recharge.
