With a background in Communications and nearly 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, I’m all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether it’s helping new clients get set up, jumping on calls, or making sure nothing slips through the cracks, I’m here to support the team and help mortgageHQ deliver top-notch service.
I’m part of the Onboarding team, where I focus on making the process feel as easy and stress-free as possible for our clients. My goal? To give every client a solid first experience and back the team however I can, one call at a time.
Outside of work, I like to keep things balanced – video games for the brain, jiu-jitsu for the body, and some good downtime on the weekends to recharge. I believe in hard work, clear comms, and always showing up for the team.
