Frankie Su has been very helpful and insightful on our journey to buying our first home. He was patient and thorough with explaining the process and was with us every step of the way. Having a toddler and working full time meant we were mostly unavailable during office hours but he happily makes time for us even if it gets late. Thankful to have Frankie on our team.

It has been a pleasure working with Frankie throughout our refinancing journey. Our loan documents are now back with ANZ, and settlement is scheduled for tomorrow, 12 August 2026. Although the process was long and challenging, Frankie’s expert advice, attentive listening, and steady support helped Sandra and me remain patient and confident. We were delighted when ANZ released the final documentation to our lawyers yesterday. Frankie also negotiated an excellent deal with ANZ, giving us manageable fortnightly mortgage repayments while leaving room in our budget.
