I’m a tech-minded project manager who enjoys turning big ideas, messy processes, and moving parts into something that actually works. I support mhq teams across operations, compliance, settlements, training, and process improvement — basically, I like keeping things organised, moving forward, and occasionally putting out the odd fire along the way. I’m a big believer that communication leads to understanding, and understanding leads to results. For me, good teamwork starts with listening, clear communication, and making sure everyone is heading in the same direction. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with a good cup of coffee in hand, heading off on a long trip surrounded by nature, or giving pickleball a go — currently somewhere between "I’ve got this!” and “Wait… where did the ball go?” 🏓☕🌿 I’m naturally curious, energetic, and always keen to learn, improve, and find a smarter way of doing things.
