Tilly brings over 20 years of financial, operational, and people leadership to MHQ. A qualified accountant, her career spans Big 4 advisory, running her own tax consultancy, and a transformational decade-plus tenure driving operations, business management, and People & Culture within the fund management sector. She combines commercial discipline with a passion for high-trust team cultures to keep MHQ’s systems and client journeys running seamlessly. Outside the office, Tilly loves running, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her dogs.
