Marcia leads our lending support team, ensuring applications and renewals are processed efficiently and accurately for a seamless client experience.
My role focuses on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes by overseeing our day-to-day lending support. I lead our dedicated support specialists, making sure loan applications and renewals are processed accurately, quickly, and with total priority. Working closely with our advisers and workflow manager, I am all about removing bottlenecks to deliver an easy, stress-free lending experience for our clients. With a strong background in mortgage support and settlement, I am committed to maintaining high standards so our team can help you reach your property goals seamlessly. Away from the office, I love nesting at home and spending quality time with my family. On the weekends, you’ll find me catching up with friends and family to try out new local food spots and cocktail bars, watching sports, playing netball, or following my boys around the world as they chase their basketball dreams.
