I have learnt about how using debt to acquire capital assets that in turn earn income, all from re financing your property. It's not something you learn from banks

Special thanks to Ray, Shanel and Kevin. We had a new build preapproval, and title was delayed for three years. It was extremely stressful time but Mortgage hq especially settlement team renewed the pre-approval. Shanel is always approachable and only a phone call away. I definitely recommend Mortgage hq. Thanks again Ray, Shanel and Kevin for all your work behind the scenes and responding to all my emails and phone call. We finally settled and able to draw down the loan.
