We have had a great experience with Jason, Marcia and their team at MHQ. Being naïve FHBs, recently self-employed and with a low deposit, the odd's were stacked against us. We’ve been working with Simon McDonald at Mortgage HQ and his team especially Kevin and others since 2023, and they’ve been excellent throughout. From refixing our mortgage to handling complex investment approvals, Simon’s guidance has always been thorough and honest. Amazing service provided by the MHQ team. Dealt with Simon regarding refinancing our existing mortgage. All went extremely smooth and got the best of best offer available in the market during our application process. The advice we received was genuine and 100% aligned to our goals and future expectations.
